Shipping Policy

Welcome to Say It With A Sign! We strive to provide a seamless and timely delivery experience. Please review our shipping policy for information on how we process and deliver your orders. Our shipping policy refers to the purchase of a specific collection 'Welcome Signs 2025/2026', as these A1 Signs are sent directly to the customer. Please review our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy for information related to other collections, including 'Duo and Trio Signs 2025/2026' and 'Statement Backdrops 2025/2026'. These are pre-booked for an event date in the calendar and our team deliver and setup the items at your chosen venue.

ORDER CONFIRMATION  

  • After you have placed your order with www.sayitwithasign.com you will receive an email that contains information regarding the details of your order.
  • This email is your receipt and can be printed. This email will include;

    • Order number

    • Product details

    • Delivery costs

    • Delivery address

    • Billing Address

  • Once your order is in the ‘Processing’ or ‘Shipped’ stage/(s), we cannot cancel or modify your order.

PRODUCTION AND PROCESSING

  • Production Timeline: To ensure the highest quality of products we have a production/manufacturing timeline of up to 6 weeks. We do our best to have the quickest turnaround time possible, without compromising quality. Please contact us via email for last minute orders and we will try our best to accommodate requests. 
  • Processing Timeline: Once the production of your item(s) has been completed, orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING

IRELAND:

  • Delivery charge is free on all orders in Ireland.
  • Our preferred shipping partner for nationwide deliveries is An Post.
  • We also use a variety of carefully selected couriers including but not limited to DPD and DHL.
  • Please note that once items leave our warehouse, the risk passes to the client and www.sayitwithasign.com are not liable for lost or damaged parcels.

INTERNATIONAL:

  • Delivery charge is €70 on all International orders.
  • We use a variety of carefully selected couriers including but not limited to DPD and DHL.
  • Shipping times vary depending on order requirements, time-frames and locations. For anything urgent, please contact us.
  • Please note that once items leave our warehouse, the risk passes to the client and www.sayitwithasign.com are not liable for lost or damaged parcels.

CUSTOMS, TAXES AND DUTIES 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONLY: 

  • We currently ship internationally to selected countries. 
  • Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are not included in our shipping charges.
  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
  • Please check with your local customs office for more information. 
  • Say it with a Sign is not liable for these costs or any delays in shipments caused by customs.
  • Say it with a Sign will not offer refunds for items that do not make it to the destination by a specific date due to delays in shipments.
  • All invoices are in EURO (€). Say it with a Sign is not liable for any currency exchanges costs e.g. variations in exchange rates, fees charged by your bank or card provider etc.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER SHIPMENT

  • Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress.
  • Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.You will receive an alert from our shipping partner, An Post, prior to delivery of your order.
  • You will receive a consignment number that you can use for tracking your order delivery at An Post.
  • You can track your item using an online tool, An Post shipment tracking, and will display the exact location of your order and will indicate the estimated delivery time for your order.

ORDER CHANGES AND/OR CANCELLATIONS 

  • Once your order is in the ‘Processing’ or ‘Shipped’ stage/(s), we cannot cancel or modify your order.
  • If you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
  • Once an order has been processed, it may be difficult to make changes. We will do our best to accommodate your request. 

ORDER EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are not available online.
  • Please refer to the returns section below for additional information.
  • We advise creating a new order for the new item(s) you may wish to purchase online.

SHIPPING ISSUES

  • Our items are quality checked before they are carefully packaged and sent to you.
  • If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team at hello@sayitwithasign.ie
  • We will work with you to resolve any shipping issues. 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • Our items are quality checked before they are carefully packaged and sent to you.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please refrain from using the product.
  • We kindly ask you to take images and send them to hello@sayitwithasign.ie within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • In the event you believe your order is wrong or you have received the wrong order, please contact us at hello@sayitwithasign.ie within 24 hours of receipt of the items.

RETURNS

STANDARD A1 SIGNS:

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return items within 14 days (from the delivery date) for a full refund.
  • Returns Process:
    1. Please complete your Returns Form, a returns form (download here)
    2. Reseal your package with your returns form enclosed along with the item(s) you wish to return and and send it back to the address stated on the Return Form.
    3. Please return your item(s) with the stated time-frame and ensure the item is unused, and remain in the original packaging.
    4. It is advisable for you to obtain proof of postage at the Post Office and to use a secure and trackable method. 
    5. Unfortunately, if you return a product, the costs and risks associated with postage are the responsibility of the customer and vary by location. We regret that we are unable to cover return postage costs or refund the original postage.
    6. Once we have received your item(s) we will consider the condition of the goods being returned before authorising refunds.
    7. After accepting your returned items, we will reimburse the price you paid for your item(s) to your original credit or debit card.
    8. Please allow 10-14 days for our company to process your refund from the date of delivery. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within approximately two days of your refund being completed. Depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

     

    PERSONALISED A1 SIGNS:

    • Please note: there are no returns available on any personalised items.
    • Say it with a Sign personalised signs are made to order, especially for you.
    • Due to the highly custom nature of our products, we do not offer change of mind returns or exchanges.
    • We have a strict no returns policy with any of our personalised products including but not limited to the A1 Signage.
    • We will not accept the return of items which are deemed to be ‘’change of mind". 
    • We do not accept returns due to customer input or typographical errors.
    • We copy and paste directly from the customer's notes at time of purchase.
